To our Clients, Friends, and Community Partners,

Our Agency has been paying very close attention to the recent global outbreak of COVID-19. We have been taking precautions in all our offices.

Our staff has been given the most up-to-date information from the Public Health Agency of Canada, and we remain vigilant in following the recommended guidelines to prevent the spread of infection. We are proactive with cleaning and disinfecting of our spaces and we are encouraging our staff to stay home if they are experiencing symptoms similar to a cold or flu.

Those with COVID-19 may have little to no symptoms. You may not know you are infected because symptoms are similar to that of a cold or flu, and may take up to 14 days after exposure to appear. Symptoms have included fever, cough, respiratory distress, and pneumonia. For more information, please visit https://www.canada.ca/en/public-health/services/diseases/2019-novel-coronavirus-infection.html .

We ask that all clients and visitors to our office are cognizant of these symptoms, and are aware of how to reduce the risk of spreading infection. The safety of our clients and our staff is our main priority. Please feel free to contact our Agency if you have any questions.

How can we support you during Covid19?

Please send us a message regarding any supports you require and we will provide you with the relevant information.
